HOW DOES BOXING TRAINING LOOK LIKE?
We invite children aged four to nine, both girls and boys, to join our classes. During the sessions, children, through play, get to know the basic elements of boxing technique in a non-contact manner, improve coordination, and learn to cooperate in a group. We teach through fun.
School educators recommend enrolling children in boxing lessons because:
– ✅Children learn concentration during classes; maximum focus is necessary, and there is no time for distractions.
– ✅ Boxing adds self-confidence, allowing them to feel more assured. We teach not how to fight but how not to be afraid!
– ✅ Boxing also teaches humility – there are always those who are better, and it’s essential to accept that with humility. Training requires self-discipline.
– ✅ Boxing burns a significant number of calories.
For whom is boxing?
Boxing is a sport for everyone. While this statement may sound somewhat cliché, it can be confirmed by anyone who has attended classes for even a short while.

BTT Boxing Junior
Designed for youth aged 9-17. We welcome individuals with experience in boxing training as well as those who are just starting their journey. We provide excellent training conditions, sparring sessions, and opportunities to participate in competitions representing the club.

BTT Niebieska kuźnia talentów - The first boxing academy in Poland for children on the Autism Spectrum and with Asperger's.
The boxing academy for individuals with autism and Asperger’s, the first of its kind in Poland, is a martial arts section dedicated to people on the spectrum. It has been operational since September 2021 at the Brzostek Top Team Boxing Club in the Gdańsk Shipyard SCG. Maciej Brzostek is one of the initiators of the academy and serves as its coach. The sessions are conducted with the substantive and psychological support of an educator, a certified supervisor of applied behavior analysis, and the director of the Behavioral Therapy Center, Beata Ignaczewska.
Since 2022, the boxing academy for children on the spectrum has been included in a scientific research program under the “evidence-based practice” stream at the Institute of Pedagogy, Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Gdańsk.
The level of social maturity is closely related to both development and physical fitness. The ability to control one’s own body has a therapeutic effect on a child.
Session Schedule: Training takes place on Mondays at 3:00 PM and Wednesdays at 3:00 PM (choose one session).
Monday is for older children, Wednesday is for younger children.
